What Solar Radiance Is
The reward strip tooltips it in one sentence: Solar Radiance, rarity LYTH, “unlocks Solar Radiance in one of your character slots.” That line is why this page treats the kit as a character rather than a crafting material — you replace a slot with it, the same way the raid units before it work.
Three surfaces name it and none of them name it the same way. The official listing ties it to the raid (“beat your Evil Twin and unlock Solar Radiance”). Creators call it Cha Hae-In, and the Hunter’s Star tooltip read for the weapons table calls that badge “a Cha Hae-In’s badge, used to … Solar Radiance”. No Evolution or lobby frame read for this page prints her name, so the alias is creator speech plus that tooltip line rather than a printed panel label.
It does not come from a banner. There is no pull counter to save for, no Lucky Spin ladder and no rate-up window: the only route read here is the raid row below.
How to Get It: the 2.5% Row and Its 30-Clear Counter
Open Create Lobby → Raid → Evil Reflection, pick Nightmare, and read the Rewards strip before you press start. On the 18 October 16:47Z panel it prints four chance rows under a fixed payout:
| Slot | Panel print | Counter | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coins | $29K | — | Paid on every clear |
| Gems | x580 | — | Paid on every clear |
| Unit slot | 2.5% | Pity 3/30 | LYTH; tooltip reads “Unlocks Solar Radiance in one of your character slots” |
| Second row | 7.5% | Pity 3/18 | The Hunter’s Star row, an awakening material for this same kit |
| Third row | 15% | Pity 0/8 | Material row |
| Fourth row | 20% x1–2 | None printed | Material row, two items possible |
Read the counter as clears so far / clears that fill it. That second number is the whole farm budget: 30 clears for the unit, not the 50 that the raid page carried from the 5 October recordings. The panel that printed 50 is three weeks older than this one, and the same strip has moved twice since.
Thirty is a ceiling, not a promise. At a flat 2.5% the chance of walking out empty-handed before the counter fills is about 47% (0.97530), so roughly half the players who commit to the full counter will get their copy from the counter rather than from luck. Plan for thirty clears and treat an early drop as a refund.
Time is the cheaper half. The 18 October run reaches the boss wave at 03:30 with its lobby set to Max Players 02, so thirty clears is roughly an hour and three quarters to two hours of wall clock, against the 16:50 single run this site logged for Tidal High Rise.
What You Need Before You Spend
Both recordings put a second project in front of the kit, and it costs more than the raid. The recorded summary is blunt: to evolve Solar Radiance you need Shadow Monarch fully evolved and Igris upgraded. The same video opens on the maxed panels that prove it — Shadow Lord path at Stage 3/3 with III - Demon King’s Longsword reading Fully Evolved, and the Crimson Knight panel at Knight Damage +260%, Knight’s Pace +75%, Lifesteal 1% and Arise: Shadows +5, all marked MAX.
That is creator instruction rather than printed text: no frame read here shows a locked Evolve button with a requirement tooltip. It still changes your order of work, because a player without Shadow Monarch is not farming one unit — they are farming two, and the second one drops from a different raid on a 35-run target. The second recording puts a number on the gate: Shadow Lord at Stage 3/3 on the Monarch Path, every knight node at level 5, and all four skill tree branches at Tier 5, since “only crit or attack is not enough”. Two of those three are frames of maxed panels; the skill-tree condition is the creator’s spoken instruction.
The Awakening Bill
The Evolution menu counts nine rows, and the number printed beside each one is your owned count against the required one:
| Row | Required | Name | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 40 | Fine Cloth | Every story chapter; also sold in the Material Shop |
| 2 | 28 | Soul Fragment | Chapter 1, or the Convert menu |
| 3 | 18 | Magic Pendant | Chapter 1; 150,000 Coins each in the Material Shop, one in stock |
| 4 | 10 | Forbidden Fruit | Chapter 3 and Infinite mode, or the Convert menu |
| 5 | 28 | Pure Sword Shards | Evil Reflection, one of the two material rows |
| 6 | 17 | Hunter’s Star | Evil Reflection, the 7.5% row |
| 7 | 9 | Pure Quill | Evil Reflection, the other material row |
| 8 | 8,000,000 | Coins | Clears, codes and mode payouts |
| 9 | 15,000 | Gems | Clears, codes and mode payouts |
Two of those names need a caveat. The panel prints icons, not words, so the counts above are the part this page stands on: 40 / 28 / 18 / 10 / 28 / 17 / 9 plus 8,000,000 Coins and 15,000 Gems, read identically in the 18 October 16:47Z panel and the 19 October one. The same six names turn up in the earlier panel of the same day with smaller counts, which is the next section’s problem. The four story names are the ones this site already uses on its ingredient table, and Hunter’s Star was read off its own tooltip in the raid lobby. Pure Sword Shards and Pure Quill are the two names that come from a player wiki rather than from a panel read here; match them against your own rows before you farm.
Three of the nine rows drop from the raid you are already running, which is what makes the loop tidy: keep the 7.5%, 15% and 20% rows while you chase the unit, because selling them puts you back in the same lobby for materials after the kit finally drops.
Two Recordings, Two Bills
The two 18 October recordings do not agree, and the disagreement is not noise. The earlier panel prints Requirements 8/8: 40 / 25 / 15 on the first screen, then 25 / 15 / 8 on the second, with a 7.5% counter of Pity 1/8. Sixteen hours later the same menu prints Requirements 9/9 with 40 / 28 / 18 / 10 / 28 / 17 / 9 and a 7.5% counter of Pity 3/18; the 19 October panel matches the later reading. Five rows got dearer, a Forbidden Fruit row appeared, and one counter limit moved from 8 to 18 on the same day:
| Panel | Rows printed | Material counts | 7.5% counter |
|---|---|---|---|
| 18 Oct, 00:00Z recording | 8/8 | 40 / 25 / 15 / 25 / 15 / 8 | Pity 1/8 |
| 18 Oct, 16:47Z recording | 9/9 | 40 / 28 / 18 / 10 / 28 / 17 / 9 | Pity 3/18 |
| 19 Oct recording | 5/9 | Owned counts only: 10-row reads 11, 28-row reads 3 | Not shown |
This page uses the later pair because two recordings a day apart agree with each other, and because the earlier one is the only source in the set that prints 25 and 15. The cost may also keep moving: the studio said in its own Discord post that the new mode would get better drops and pity, and a comment on the second showcase claims the unit counter is now 20. No panel read here shows that, so treat 30 as the last printed limit rather than a permanent rule.
What It Plays Like Once It Is Awakened
The recordings show the kit rather than describe it, and the shape is a five-button sword: a basic chain, two-part first and third skills, a second skill, and an ultimate with two forms on the G slot. The labels burned into the footage read Skill - 1 (1), Skill - 1 (2), Skill - 2, Skill - 3 (1), Skill - 3 (2), Skill - G (1) and Skill - G (2).
The second form is the part the site could not previously describe. The creator’s own instruction is that Solar Radiance and Shadow Monarch must be in the team together for the second ultimate to fire, and the HUD prints SYNERGY TAG TEAM with +3% Damage while the kit runs. That is the pairing the synergy page does not yet list, and the reason the awakening gate and the damage ceiling are the same decision: the unit’s best button is locked behind owning and building the other one.
The payout on that label is not stable across builds. The same strip printed SYNERGY: TAG TEAM with +5% Damage in runs in a 6 October recording, and +3% Damage on the 18 October build this page otherwise reads. Both are single-frame readings of a HUD label, twelve days apart, and neither is a damage-panel measurement; plan around the +3% figure because it comes from the newer build, and re-read your own HUD after an update rather than trusting either number.
What is still missing is a number. No recording read here opens a damage panel for Solar Radiance, which is exactly why the tier list keeps it out of the ranked rows instead of guessing a letter. If a clip with the stats screen turns up, that cell changes; until then this page tells you what the kit costs and how it is triggered, not how hard it hits.
What to Do First
- Check the gate before the farm. Open Evolution and read the Shadow Monarch side of your account. If the Monarch Path is not finished, this is a two-raid project and the Shadow Gate comes first.
- Read your own reward strip. Confirm the unit row still prints 2.5% with a counter that ends at 30, and note the three material rows beside it.
- Reserve the story materials early. Fine Cloth is shared with accessory recipes, and Magic Pendant is one item per shop restock, so start the 4,000,000-coin half of the bill before the last raid clear rather than after it.
- Keep every raid row. Three of the nine requirements drop from Evil Reflection itself; the 20% row pays two at a time, so a short surplus is worth holding.
- Awaken, then read the fifth button. The ultimate opens on the spot — the panel toasts “You unlocked an Ultimate for Solar Radiance” — and the second form only appears once Shadow Monarch is in the team beside it.
