What Absolute Illusion Is
The unit card inside the game's own update log settles the basics in three lines: NEW UNIT, the name Absolute Illusion, and the tag new Celestial rarity. The body text under it reads: “The first Celestial unit. Blinks through crowds, drags them into a pillar and seals the strongest in a black coffin. Kurohitsugi awakens him for 25s with stronger moves.”
Two things follow from that wording. Celestial is a tier the game did not print before this build, so every older ladder that stops at Lyth is out of date. And the ultimate is gated behind awakening rather than handed to you on the pull, which is why the pull price is only half of this unit's cost.
| Field | Panel reading |
|---|---|
| Rarity | Celestial, labelled “new Celestial rarity” on the log card |
| Pool | Lights of Divinity, the summon screen the pull happens on |
| Basic attack | M1, 4-hit combo, 4 Hits · 900 total |
| Ultimate gate | The Evolution panel prints Unlock ultimate skill under the nine requirement rows |
The Kit the Panels Print
The move list is readable on two surfaces: the unit card in the update log, and the hover panel on the summon screen. Where the two overlap they agree, so the text below is quoted rather than paraphrased.
| Slot | Name | What the panel says |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | M1 | Four-hit combo, 900 total across the four hits |
| Skill 1 | Shatter | “Blink through the crowd and cut everything you passed.” Awakened version: Twin Dragon Run. |
| Skill 2 | Hado | “Two cuts, then a pillar that drags enemies in and explodes.” Awakened version: Ascending Dragon. |
| Skill 3 | Kyoka Suigetsu | “A drag out, then a flash-out and back through the target.” |
| Ultimate | Kurohitsugi | A cutscene ultimate: it seals the target in a black coffin, then you awaken for 25s with the stronger moves. Awakened, the ultimate becomes Heaven's Collapse. |
One correction belongs beside that table. A model transcript of the same recording named the ultimate “Kyoka Suigetsu”; the frames print [ULT] Kurohitsugi with the coffin description, and Kyoka Suigetsu as the third skill. Trust the frame, and read your own kit screen before you plan a rotation around either name.
The kit is built around displacement rather than raw range: Shatter moves you through a crowd, Hado pulls what it catches into one spot, and the ultimate is a single-target seal with a 25-second window. That shape is the reason the pairing on the lobby card matters — two copies of the same unit still pay the TAG TEAM synergy at +5% Damage in runs, which one recording shows with Absolute Illusion in both slots.
How You Actually Get It
Absolute Illusion comes out of the summon screen, and the screen prints four pity rows under the rarity list. Those denominators are the useful part, because they are the numbers two independent recordings agree on:
| Tier | Counter read on 27 October 2026 |
|---|---|
| Mythic | 175 spins |
| Arcane | 350 spins |
| Lyth | 3,500 spins |
| Celestial | 7,500 spins |
The Celestial row read 546/7500 on one account and 161/7500 on the other, and a player under a third video complains that “the pity increase” to about seven thousand is excessive — three separate readings of the same denominator. Treat 7,500 as the planning ceiling and read the row on your own screen before you convert anything into spins.
The same build also changed how you spend them. Holding the spin button opens a bulk menu with x5, x10 and x25, and the result screen carries a rule that decides what you keep: Celestial goes to Unit Storage, the rest are discarded. A player choosing between two pulls on that screen is choosing what survives, not just how fast the counter moves.
The odds sit in a panel with two tabs, Normal Odds and Lucky Odds, and the Normal Odds table prints one rate per tier with each unit listed inside it. Three of those rows are legible in a 27 October 2026 recording:
| Tier | Printed rate | Units listed under it |
|---|---|---|
| Arcane | 0.21% | Cursed King 0.07%, Divine Emperor 0.07%, Mochi Commander 0.07% |
| LYTH | 0.011% | Cataclysm 0.01% |
| Celestial | 0.002% | Absolute Illusion 0.002%, the only unit in the tier |
Two things make that panel worth reading carefully. The tier figure is the sum of the units under it where the rows are legible — Arcane's three rows at 0.07% add up to its 0.21% — so the rate next to a unit is that unit's share, not the tier's. And the tabs are different lists: the recording never leaves Normal Odds, so nothing here comes from Lucky Odds. At 0.002% the Celestial tier sits well below Lyth's 0.011%, which is why the 7,500 counter below is the part you can plan around rather than the roll itself.
Awakening It: All Nine Rows and What Each One Wants
The Evolution panel shows Absolute Illusion · Unawakened on the left, Awakened on the right, and a Requirements counter across the middle that counts satisfied rows out of nine. Two recordings made on 27 October 2026 show it at 5/9 before the farm and at 9/9 after one, and between them the nine rows read like this:
| Row | Name | Rarity | Needed |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Tooltip never opened (folded-cloth icon) | — | x50 |
| 2 | Tooltip never opened (purple wrapped icon) | — | x25 |
| 3 | Magic Pendant | Mythic | x20 |
| 4 | Shattered Zanpakuto | Legendary | x10 |
| 5 | Hogyoku Ribbon | Legendary | x10 |
| 6 | Illusion Lenses | Mythic | x5 |
| 7 | Captain's Haori | Mythic | x5 |
| 8 | Coins | — | 2.5M |
| 9 | Gems | Epic | 15K |
Five tooltips carry a description, and they are all the panel says about the materials: Magic Pendant reads “Like in the fantasy storytellings!”, Shattered Zanpakuto “Broke before it ever touched him. Used to awaken Aizen.”, Hogyoku Ribbon “Used to awaken Aizen.”, Illusion Lenses “Whatever you see through these isn't real. Used to awaken Aizen.” and Captain's Haori “Left behind on the way out. Used to awaken Aizen.” The crystal row is tagged Epic and reads “A valuable currency used for special purchases.”
Two rows are counted but not named. The 50-row shows a folded-cloth icon and the 25-row a purple wrapped one, and neither tooltip was opened in the three panel visits these recordings show, so the counts are published and the names are left alone. Match them by icon on your own screen.
The slash pairs are “you have / you need”, and the counter is arithmetic rather than a progress bar. On the first account 5/9 matched exactly the five rows whose left number met its right one — 10,739/50, 25/25, 24/20, 31.2M/2.5M and 3.9M/15K — while the four rows sitting at 0 stayed unmet. On the second account the same five were paid, and after one farm the panel read 9/9 with row two at 10/10, 10/10 and 10/5 and row one at 8,238/50. Coins and Gems are paid on the same counter as the materials, so a player already holding 2.5M Coins and 15K Gems starts two rows up.
Under the rows the panel reads Unlock ultimate skill, so paying all nine is what turns Kurohitsugi on. What the panel does not say is which stage drops which material — the evolution guide covers how the panel reads, and the West City strips below print rates and pity counters but no names.
Where the Awakening Materials Come From
The new Story stage is where the bill gets paid. Create Lobby lists West City with a NEW tag and a Story mode, shows ACT 1 Story as playable and West City Outskirts still locked, and offers Easy, Normal, Hard and Nightmare. On Nightmare the reward strip reads:
| Slot | Reading |
|---|---|
| Coins | $20.2K |
| Gems | x403 |
| Material rows | Five rows at 8.1%, 22%, 19%, 30% and 79%, each with its own short pity counter |
| Target control | “Tap a material to target it: x3 drop chance for it” |
Two warnings belong here. The material names sit behind the icon cards and were never legible in the frames read, so this page does not claim which row is which — matching them to your own awakening rows is a job for your screen. And several players report the stage does not run at all: “There are no enemies spawning on the new map” appears on one video, “I've started, but no monsters are spawning” on another, and a Thai comment on a third says the same thing with a reply confirming it. If your first West City run loads empty, that is a reported build problem rather than something you did.
The Skins That Ship With It
The Backpack's Skins tab opens a Weapon Skins panel headed “Viewing skins for 'Absolute Illusion'”, and it lists four: Kyoka Blade, Golden Throne, Crimson Coffin and Galaxy Mirage. Three of the four print where they come from:
- Golden Throne —
LYTHandSHINY, “A golden blade for the one above heaven”, +10% DMG, +5% Crit, unlocked by Season 1 Pass, Premium tier 50. The panel reads 275 minted so far and adds “Every copy gets its own number”. - Crimson Coffin —
ARCANE, “A blood-red blade and a darker coffin”, no stat line, from Season 1 Pass, Free tier 50, or 25% chance every time you get Absolute Illusion. 1,238 minted at the time of the read. - Galaxy Mirage — listed on the update log's highlight row as a SHOP item. Its price was stated in narration but never shown on a panel, so this page does not print it.
- Kyoka Blade — carried the
ONbadge in the frame, meaning equipped, and its own “How to get” line was not opened.
Only Golden Throne prints stats. The other three show a look and, where the panel says so, a source; treat them as appearance until a stat line appears on your own screen. All five skins this site has read, including Subzero on Crimson Eclipse, are listed together on the skins page.
What to Do First
- Read your own Celestial counter. Open the summon screen and note the number after the slash. If it reads 7,500, the planning ceiling for a guaranteed Celestial is that many spins, and the four code rewards below are what you can add for free.
- Redeem
ANEWCHAPTERbefore you spend. The update log lists it at 25 lucky spins, 25 trait rerolls, 500 gems and 25,000 coins plus materials. Open the Codes window on the right and scroll to the input box; the strings and their level gates are on the codes page. - Decide whether you are pulling or borrowing tier-50 skins. Crimson Coffin drops from the free pass track at tier 50 or at a 25% chance each time you pull the unit; Golden Throne is behind the paid track. That decides whether the pass or the banner is the cheaper route to a look.
- Write the bill down before you farm. Nine rows: 50 and 25 of the two unnamed materials, Magic Pendant 20, Shattered Zanpakuto 10, Hogyoku Ribbon 10, Illusion Lenses 5, Captain's Haori 5, 2.5M Coins and 15K Gems. Farm West City on the difficulty whose strip prints the rates you need, target one material for the x3 bonus, and watch the counter — it counts paid rows, so the two currency rows pay on their own.
- Check the stage actually loads. Multiple players report empty runs on the new map. If you get one, report it rather than grinding a broken instance: no drop can roll in a stage where no enemy spawns.
What This Page Cannot Confirm
- The Epic, Legendary and Mythic rates, and the whole Lucky Odds tab. Those headings were too small to read at the resolution of the recordings, and the Lucky Odds tab was never opened, so neither list is published here. The Arcane, LYTH and Celestial rows are on the page.
- The names on two of the nine awakening rows. The 50-row and the 25-row are counted off both panels, but no recording opened either tooltip, so the page prints their counts without a name.
- Which West City row pays which material. The strip's five rates are legible; the names behind the icon cards are not.
- How hard it hits. No recording read for this page opened a damage panel for the unit, awakened or otherwise, so it carries no rank here.
- Galaxy Mirage's price. Stated in narration, never printed on a panel.
